Pricing

Prices quoted are all in INR (Indian Rupees) and includes GST (Goods and Service Tax) wherever applicable, unless otherwise mentioned. Prices indicated are inclusive of packaging and carrying cost, unless stated otherwise.

Payments

All payments are mandatory made in INR unless otherwise stated. Payments could be made in any of the following ways:

• Direct bank Transfer to Our bank account (details provided)
• American Express, Delta, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa and Visa Electron credit cards via payment gateways like Payumoney
• Wallets Linked to our account like paytm, phonepe,
• UPI apps like Google pay

Transference of Goods

We shall retain the item till the time of realization of payment against your order. Goods shall only be transferred after complete realization of payments.

Transference of Risk

Transference of risk of any goods sold to buyer would take place only after delivery is effectuated.

Returns and Refunds

We, as traders, bear no responsibility, whatsoever, pertaining to damage or loss taking place indirectly or directly because of non-acceptance of transactions caused by cardholder exceeding limit as agreed between classic gift gallery and our acquiring bank. Our packing and delivery division ensures proper packaging of consignment. We give assurance that our consignment stays undamaged during movement from place of shipment to delivery address. Thus, any claims of refund due to damage of consignment during transportation are not entertained.

Customer Right to Cancellation of Contract

In the event that the sale contract was made by written correspondence or telephonic conversation and without any face to face interaction, cancellations must be made within three days from date of order placement. This right is only applicable till the dispatch of your ordered merchandise.

Ownership and Responsibility of Consignment

The customer stands liable for damages or loss to consignment after delivery is effectuated unless or until such damages or losses are due to negligence on part of Classic Gift Gallery.

Re-selling of Goods

Goods once sold by us to a buyer must not be re-sold.

Limitation of our Customers’ Liability

No clause in these terms and conditions restricts or excludes our liability towards personal injury or demise caused by breach of statutory terms or negligence caused by frauds, title of goods or any such liability which we are not allowed to exclude or restrict by law.

Responsibilities of Perfumekart.in

Until and unless restrained by circumstances beyond our control, we complete our responsibilities in proper time. We are particularly not responsible for any delays on part of suppliers.

Personalized Contract

This contract is between us and our buyer. Under no condition is this contract, its rights or its benefits transferable to any other individual without our approval in writing.

Our Transference Rights

Perfumekart.in stands the right to transfer an entire contract or part thereof to any person, organization or firm.

Personal Data

We, our employees, subcontractors and agents ensure to abide by the clauses of 1998 Data Protection Act pertaining to your personal data as part of this contract. We stand to protect this data and only use it in order to fulfill obligations as mentioned in this contract.

Typographical Errors:

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, www.perfumekart.in  shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. www.perfumekart.in shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, www.perfumekart.in  shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Order Acceptance Policy:

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. www.perfumekart.in reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. www.perfumekart.in reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. In addition, we may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

Note: – Our products are dispatched in a tamper-proof packing.

Please do not accept the package if you do not find it sealed and please bring it to our knowledge.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order is submitted there will be a charge of 2.5% of your order value in order to cancel it. In case of COD order, there is no charge applicable but repeated cancellation of COD orders may lead to permanent ban.

Terms and conditions mentioned here under are applicable for items sold by ‘perfumekart.in’, hereinafter referred to as ‘seller’ to a ‘buyer’ also referred to as ‘customer’.

Perfumekart.in believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
2. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
3. No cancellations are entertained for orders placed during promotion or on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

Return Policy

Box packed items like deodorants, deodorant sticks, gift sets, Perfumes/Boxed Testers are non – returnable products.

Returns / replacement will be accepted only for products that are received as damaged/ defective by the customer.

Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the packaging has been opened or used.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed and packages that are refused.

If your package is returned to Perfumekart.in marked as “refused”, “unclaimed”, or “undeliverable”, and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a nominal handling and re-shipping fee.

Exchange Policy

Only Unboxed Testers can be returned and exchanged in case of quality issues (Subject to terms and conditions). Due to company policy and low profit margins, we offer NO REFUNDS ON TESTERS.

For easy, hassle free returns and exchange, please report to customer care at sales@perfumekart.in with your concern within 3 business days of order completion. Whatsapp/call us at +91-9871832330 and we will be happy to assist you.

Used, over sprayed, partial/half empty, damaged bottles will not be returned/replaced under any circumstances. 

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error.

In case the cost of replacement product is higher than the original order value, the difference has to be paid by the buyer before the replacement product is shipped. In case the cost is less than order value, the remaining balance will be adjusted in subsequent orders on perfumekart.in .

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS – EASY HASSLE FREE RETURNS

Before initiating return shipping, kindly review our entire return guidelines below.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our returns policy.

Return any unopened (seal and packaging intact) merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 7 days of receipt. You are welcome to keep your free samples or gifts with purchase – those are yours!

For Refunds, payment will be made by NEFT/IMPS/GPAY/PAYTM transfer. Customer is required to share bank details in case purchase is made by Cash on Delivery.

If you still have it, please include a copy of your packing slip along with your Order number.

Returns will be processed and refunds will be issued within five business days of receipt.

All products are subject to inspection by Classic gift gallery quality check. Returns that do not meet the above criteria or are returned without required information as mentioned below, may be returned to the customer or destroyed upon request. The cost of reverse shipping will be borne by buyer.

DAMAGED/DEAD ON ARRIVAL: In case you find the parcel/shipment has been tampered, you have the right to refuse and return the order at the time of delivery.

If the product is damaged or defective on arrival, please retain the outer packaging and shipping label and immediately report to  us (within 3 business days of order delivery) at sales@perfumekart.in or by Whatsapp/calling +91-9871832330.  We will assist you with replacement or return and exchange, whichever is applicable.  Please include the following details in all your communications related to return/replacement/exchange.
